Information you provide

The contact form may collect your name, email address, organization, audience type, selected pathways, message, source page, and an anti-spam field. Email correspondence may include additional information you choose to provide.

Basic service data

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. FL4AI does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking on this website.

First-party measurement

If privacy-focused website measurement is enabled, FL4AI records only approved interaction names and broad labels such as page route, audience category, platform, and form outcome. Contact names, email addresses, organizations, and message contents are not included in analytics events.

How information may be shared

Information may be processed by service providers that help host the site and deliver inquiry email. When routing is appropriate, we may share relevant inquiry details with an ecosystem platform or collaborator. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people, systems, or legal rights.

Service providers and location

The website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure. Contact delivery may use Resend once the production service is configured. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to their own terms and safeguards.

Retention

We retain inquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for response, routing, relationship records, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the inquiry. Spam and security data may be retained for a shorter or longer period when needed to prevent abuse.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held in our direct records, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also ask us not to route an inquiry. Email doug@goodsamaritaninstitute.org. We may need to verify the request.

Security and sensitive information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, government identifiers, health records, export-controlled information, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive material through the public form.

Children

This site is intended for professional and organizational audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

External sites

Links to ecosystem platforms lead to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. Review the destination site's notice before submitting information.
